How long does a project take?
That varies by service — reckon on 1–3 working days to edit footage you supply, 2–4 for text-to-video, 3–6 for product demos and 5–10 for animated explainers. The complete breakdown sits in our Delivery Policy, and your agreed date appears on the quote before any money changes hands.
What do you need from me to start?
Just a short brief plus whatever material exists — copy, a script, rushes, product links, brand assets, logo and typefaces. Nothing but an idea? Scriptwriting can be folded into the project.
How are files delivered?
Everything is digital. A secure download link brings you the finished video in whatever resolutions and aspect ratios the brief specified, and it stays live for a minimum of 30 days. No discs, no packages, no shop counter — the Delivery Policy spells this out.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions come with every project, inside the scope you signed off. Anything beyond that, or any change that grows the original brief, gets its own quote before work resumes.
Who owns the finished video?
You do. Settle the invoice and full commercial rights to the finished deliverable pass to you. Any third-party stock or music keeps its own licence, which we clear on your behalf — the Terms of Service covers the detail.
What does it cost?
Cost tracks length, format and how much production the job needs. The Services page carries guide prices, and every project is confirmed with a written fixed quote up front — no hourly billing, no surprises.
