Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy explains how PrimeSwifts LLC delivers its services. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Digital delivery only
All of our services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical items, we do not use couriers, and there are no shipping charges, customs duties or delivery addresses involved. Finished files are supplied by secure download link sent to the email address you provide, or to a cloud folder you nominate.
2. Turnaround times
Your confirmed delivery date is always stated in your written quotation. As a general guide:

Timelines start from the moment we have both your confirmed order and all required materials. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee — ask when you request your quote.
3. The revision and approval cycle
- We deliver the first draft via a private preview link.
- You review it and send consolidated notes, ideally with timestamps.
- We apply the revisions included in your quotation, usually within 1–3 business days per round.
- Once you approve the final version, we release the final files.
4. What you receive
- Master file — MP4 (H.264/H.265) at the agreed resolution, up to 4K where your source material allows.
- Additional aspect ratios — 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 versions where included in your quotation.
- Subtitle files — SRT or VTT where ordered, in addition to any burned-in captions.
- Other formats — MOV, WebM, GIF or platform-specific compressions on request.
Editable project/source files (for example After Effects or Premiere projects) are not included by default and can be purchased separately.
5. Download links and file retention
- Download links stay active for at least 30 days from delivery. Please download and back up your files promptly.
- We keep a copy of completed projects in our archive for up to 12 months, after which files may be permanently deleted.
- Re-delivery within the archive period is normally free; recovery of files after deletion may not be possible.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of the final deliverables.
6. Delays
If anything threatens your delivery date we will tell you as early as possible and propose a revised date. Delays caused by outstanding materials, feedback or approvals on your side extend the delivery date by the corresponding amount of time. For delays caused by us, see clause 3 of the Refund Policy.
7. Failed or undelivered emails
Delivery notifications are sent to the email address you provide, so please make sure it is correct and can receive messages with links. If you have not received a delivery notice by the agreed date, check your spam folder and then contact us at ilyass@primeswifts.com.
