Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using primeswifts.com and when ordering video production or editing services from PrimeSwifts LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Content we will not produce
We will decline, and may terminate without refund, any project that involves content which:
- is unlawful in the United States or in the jurisdiction where it will be published;
- infringes copyright, trade marks, patents, trade secrets, privacy or publicity rights;
- sexualises minors in any way, or depicts child abuse;
- is pornographic or sexually explicit;
- incites or promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or criminal activity;
- promotes hatred or discrimination against people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation;
- harasses, bullies, threatens, defames or doxxes any individual;
- is deliberately deceptive — including investment or health claims known to be false, fake testimonials, fabricated news, or impersonation of a real person, brand or public authority;
- constitutes a “deepfake” or synthetic likeness of a real person without that person’s documented consent;
- promotes fraud, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or clearly deceptive money-making programmes;
- contains malware, phishing material or instructions for compromising systems;
- markets goods or services that are illegal to sell to the intended audience.
2. Restricted categories
Some categories are accepted only with additional documentation, and may be declined at our discretion: regulated financial products, gambling, alcohol and tobacco, pharmaceuticals and supplements, adult-oriented (non-explicit) brands, political campaigning, and any claim that requires substantiation. Tell us up front if your project falls into one of these areas.
3. Rights in the material you send us
You must have the right to send us everything you send. That includes footage, photographs, music, fonts, logos, scripts and any depiction of identifiable individuals. Where a person appears in your material, you must hold a valid release. We may ask for evidence of rights or consent, and may pause a project until it is provided.
4. Prohibited conduct on the Site
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site without our written permission;
- introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious code;
- launch denial-of-service attacks or otherwise interfere with availability;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use automated means to submit forms;
- use the contact form to send spam, chain messages or unsolicited advertising;
- copy, reproduce or republish substantial parts of the Site without our permission.
5. Respectful communication
Our team will always be professional with you, and we expect the same in return. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory communication toward our staff or contractors is grounds for immediate termination of a project, with fees for work performed remaining payable.
6. Consequences of breach
Where we determine, acting reasonably, that this Policy has been breached, we may: refuse or suspend a project; terminate the engagement without refund for work already performed; revoke any licence granted to you; report the matter to law enforcement where required; and decline future work.
7. Reporting abuse
